    The House Committee on Roads and Transportation moves to amend the bill on page two, section nineteen, subsection (b), line eleven, following the words “concealed weapons permit”, by inserting the words “pursuant to section four, article seven of this chapter,”;

    And, on page two, section nineteen, subsection (b), line eleven, following the words “may keep a”, by striking the word “loaded”;

    And, on page two, section nineteen, subsection (b), line thirteen, following the words “weapon is out of”, by striking the word “normal”.
